Create an IP awareness and education platform and delivery system to be utilized throughout North Carolina Raise awareness of all North Carolinians of what IP is, what it means to them, how theycan use it in their lives, and how they can help make it better through public relations,marketing and educational programs. Improve IP knowledge by integrating IP training and skills developing into K-12,university, and continuing education curricula.
IP Ecosystem Collaboration
Lead the development of a collaborative IP ecosystem in North Carolina for the efficient and effective creation, protection, and enablement of innovation for its citizens Bring together all interested stakeholders in IP creation, protection, and enablement to more efficiently and effectively utilize IP Educate the ecosystem of IP stakeholders, and direct their energies into education and collaboratively building the components of the IP ecosystem that will lead to efficienciesand effectiveness.
IP Diversity & Inclusion
Facilitate diversity and inclusion of IP so that all people and ideas in North Carolina have an opportunity for success Identify diversity disparity of people within the IP ecosystem, understand causes and barriers, eliminate bias, and illustrate the benefits and successes of a more inclusive IP community Work with IP stakeholders in North Carolina to enhance diversity and inclusion of ideas so that the best creations and innovations get to North Carolinians as fast as possible at a fair price.
